Commercial Contracts

We assist clients with full contract preparation and review. In many cases, we develop template contracts for routine contracting matters or review and revise existing templates.   As to matters of general contracts with third parties, we commonly draft manufacturing, distribution, licensing, strategic alliance and other agreements. On the employment side, we routinely handle employment related agreements for executives and general employees, incentive equity plans, proprietary information and confidentiality agreement and separation and termination contracts. We have an emphasis on the manufacturing, technology, energy and service industries.
