Mark Ingram

Mark Ingram represents private companies and entrepreneurs in a variety of business law matters, including commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions and private offerings, employment matters, intellectual property licensing, business formations, and dispute resolution support.

Venture Capital

Our attorneys have extensive experience in preparing companies for, and guiding them through, successful capital-raising transactions.

Angel Investing

Our work with angel investment groups and private equity firms gives us insight into the perspectives and expectations of these investors.


Mark’s representative experience includes clients and transactions involving the software, aerospace, telecommunications, life sciences, music and entertainment, and e-commerce industries, among others. This experience includes venture capital and angel investing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property licensing and other commercial contracts, and outside general and corporate counsel. He has prior business experience in the sales, licensing, distribution, administration, and promotion of music and music-related intellectual property.

He has also prepared business plans for new and growing companies. Mark routinely dedicates his time speaking to startup incubators, accelerators, and related organizations and he also serves on the Executive Committee for the Florida Bar’s Entertainment and Sports Law Section. His diverse background influences his common-sense and practical approach to clients’ transactional legal needs.
