Profile
Mark’s representative experience includes clients and transactions involving the software, aerospace, telecommunications, life sciences, music and entertainment, and e-commerce industries, among others. This experience includes venture capital and angel investing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property licensing and other commercial contracts, and outside general and corporate counsel. He has prior business experience in the sales, licensing, distribution, administration, and promotion of music and music-related intellectual property.
He has also prepared business plans for new and growing companies. Mark routinely dedicates his time speaking to startup incubators, accelerators, and related organizations and he also serves on the Executive Committee for the Florida Bar’s Entertainment and Sports Law Section. His diverse background influences his common-sense and practical approach to clients’ transactional legal needs.
